The Pioneer of Fast Casual Pizza Opens Fourth Indiana Location
DALLAS, Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Pie Five Pizza Co. is bringing pizza fit for royalty to The Princess City! The fast casual, artisanal pizza restaurant is opening its fourth Indiana location at 5111 N. Main Street in Mishawaka, on Wednesday, December 7at the Meijer B Shops! Mishawaka residents looking for a quick bite are welcome to stop by every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. to enjoy a personalized, tasty pizza crafted from a selection of fresh ingredients and prepared in five minutes or less.
As a franchisee of six Pie Five locations throughout Indiana, Chicago and Iowa, Carl Dissette is no stranger to Pie Five’s innovative fast casual pizza concept.

To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will host a charity event with Saint Joseph Hospital on Tuesday, December 6 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. As part of the event, Pie Five will donate 50 percent of the proceeds to the hospital’s designated ambulance which provides free immunization shots to underprivileged families.
Pie Five offers guests the flexibility to customize their own, personal pizza from a selection of more than 28 fresh toppings, seven savory sauces and four made-from-scratch crusts. There is also a selection of “fresh finishes” such as fresh basil, basil pesto drizzle and sundried tomato puree, so guests can add a fun twist to their favorite creations. Pie Five also offers a selection of 10 signature pizzas, all taste-tested to perfection by Patty Scheibmeir, Vice President of R&D and Product Innovation. Guests can complement each meal with an order of warm Breadstix or a freshly tossed salad.
